Chocolate Cake – Deliciously moist dark chocolate cake, usually with a vanilla or chocolate butter cream, (add chocolate chips to the cake for an added delectable treat).
Gingerbread Cake – A spicy gingerbread cake, usually topped with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
Lemon Cake – A moist lemon cake made with real lemon juice and zest, usually topped with a lemon cream cheese frosting (popular additions to the center, fresh strawberries or raspberries).
Red Velvet Cake - A traditional Southern chocolate / red cake, crowned with cream cheese frosting.
Texas Turtle - Devils food cake with caramel and nuts in the filling, chocolate butter cream frosting on the outside
Vanilla Bean Cake – a moist vanilla bean cake, usually topped with a vanilla bean butter cream, (add chocolate chips to the cake for an added delectable treat).
Carrot Cake - A moist traditional favorite with carrots, walnuts, pineapple, coconut and spices, topped with cream cheese frosting.
Fresh Strawberry Cake - Whole strawberries are chopped and folded into a white cake batter, usually topped with a rich cream cheese frosting.
