Tooth Cake - Agrahadeeg

A friend of mine is Armenian and they have a celebration called Agrahadeeg to represent when a baby gets their first tooth. During the celebration they do a prayer and a ritual of setting out different items representing a variety of occupations, the child is then set forth and which ever item they choose represents what the child will grow up to be.....I believe a surgeon is the occupation of choice for this child.

This cake has a layer of vanilla bean cake and a layer of chocolate cake with a vanilla cream cheese butter cream.
